LeMatic Inc. Names Matthew Phillips as New Director of Aftermarket
Matthew Phillips has been named Director of Aftermarket at LeMatic Inc. beginning in February of 2022. He will be assisting the sales and field service teams with their growth in the USA as well as strategic global markets.
Matthew has held the positions of Senior Sales Executive, Aftermarket Manager, and now Director of Aftermarket. When asked what he enjoys about his job, Matthew said, “I get the opportunity to see and hear what clients and partners experience with our equipment. When there is an opportunity for improvement, it is my division of the company that gets the raw feedback of what works and what is a challenge. This allows me to be the conduit for the company to plan for future kits, react to current obstacles, and invest in what our bakers need for future growth and capacity. There is nothing more rewarding than integrating into a project, establishing a common solution, and obtaining our goal while working with a customer.”
Richard Kirkland, President of LeMatic, stated that, “With the integration of our Field Service unit and our Aftermarket unit into a common Business Division, Matt will certainly lead effective and favorable customer experiences. He is a person with exceptional detail qualities and the ability to solve challenges, while keeping the customer’s benefit at the forefront.
As LeMatic continues to grow and expand our reach to additional global markets, it will be imperative that we continue to have “A” players such as Matt leading us to drive value for our customer. I am especially pleased we were able to fill this position from our internal talent pool.”
